Luke - Business Owner, Lead Engineer
Luke has been the go-to IT expert in his family since he was 11 years old, always eager to fix problems and learn about technology. By the age of 16, he landed his first paid IT job, gaining valuable experience in the field. At 18, he took his passion further by starting his own repair business, which gave him hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting and servicing a wide variety of devices. Luke later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Networking, deepening his understanding of computer systems and intricate layers of technology that go into making the internet function.
For the past 15-20 years, he has worked in warranty and servicing roles, specializing in troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support. Outside of work, Luke is a dedicated animal lover with a strong passion for his hobbies of horticulture and mycology.
Luke is also a proud family man, married with a 3-year-old son. His business is built not only on his passion for IT but also as a way to secure a bright future for his family.
